Pros

There is unfortunately nothing to share here.

Cons

I am compelled to share my honest experience working at my previous employer, as transparency is crucial for potential job seekers. Unfortunately, my time there was marked by disheartening realities that hindered progress and stifled growth. First and foremost, the rampant politics and favoritism within the company created an unhealthy work environment. Instead of valuing talent and merit, promotions and opportunities were often granted based on personal connections and alliances. This undermined the principle of fair competition and left many qualified individuals feeling undervalued and overlooked. Moreover, the CEO's lack of execution skills was glaring. While adept at delivering eloquent speeches and grand visions, the actual implementation of these plans was sorely lacking. The company became a breeding ground for empty promises and lofty PowerPoint presentations, while action and tangible results were scarce. This discrepancy between rhetoric and reality created a frustrating cycle of unfulfilled potential. It is deeply concerning that the company appeared more focused on talking rather than doing. There was an alarming lack of emphasis on execution and a disregard for the importance of follow-through. Ideas and strategies were plentiful, but when it came time for action, the company fell short, leaving employees disillusioned and projects incomplete. Regrettably, this lack of execution trickled down to every level of the organization. It fostered a culture of apathy, where initiatives were shelved and accountability was absent. The company became a breeding ground for complacency, hindering any chance of true innovation and progress. I share this review with the hope that future job seekers will be aware of the challenges they may encounter. It is essential to carefully consider the realities of a company's culture and leadership before committing to a professional journey.

Pros

There are no pros unless you consider micromanagement and "mentorship" by sorry individuals who have nothing better to do with their lives, a pro! mentorship is put under quotes to allude to the fact that the ones "mentoring" you will, almost on a daily basis display the highest level of hypocrisy.

Cons

Highly ego driven environment. Everyone here is on a power trip, not sure what gives them the confidence, because there really is nothing to show. 1. If you are someone who has creative ideas and genuinely wants to learn, or apply your mind - best not to join. But, if you want to produce deliverables solely based on AI outputs, use AI for every single thing, to the point of writing follow up emails with AI, and numb your brains - then you will have a great time here. 2. If you want to work long hours with no work life balance or boundaries, then feel free to join - because that is guaranteed. While the work culture in india generally reflects this, it may actually benefit your career to put in longer hours at a company that people know, doing work that matters - which is 100% not the case here. 3. they pay below market rate and convince you they are offering the best deal. not the case. do not fall for it. if you want to work for chump change (at any level, entry, mid, senior), then sure, why not. 4. high attrition rates - both employees and clients.

Pros

Fast paced environment, very little people in team, so you basically do everything so you get to learn new skills daily. The finance team is very helpful and great.

Cons

It often feels like credibility here is tied less to competence and more to who you are. If your last name isn’t “Singla,” you’re treated as interchangeable, regardless of the work you put in. The pressure itself isn’t unusual for this kind of environment, but what stands out is the culture around it, where verbal and psychological strain seem to be part of the daily routine. Senior leadership frequently undermines each other, and that tone trickles down in ways that make the workplace unnecessarily hostile. Working under certain partners can be especially difficult. There’s a pattern of excessive rework, coupled with dismissive or demeaning feedback, which makes even routine tasks exhausting. There also appears to be a deep lack of trust, extending to situations where even personal leave is questioned or informally verified. In one instance, a colleague was publicly singled out in a meeting for not engaging in a line of questioning that felt inappropriate, which created an uncomfortable and avoidable situation. Incidents like these don’t feel isolated. The broader atmosphere reflects this. It’s not uncommon to see people visibly distressed throughout the day, whether in private corners or shared spaces. Morale remains consistently low, and there’s a perception that growth opportunities are uneven, with promotions sometimes delayed or redirected in ways that don’t feel entirely merit-based.
