My maintenance supervisor was awesome. Really great guy who is willing to teach and is great at it as well. They are family oriented and are willing let you take off work when needed with little fuss.
Cons
There are a lot of overworked cnc machines. The plant needs a bigger maintenance team to be able to properly care for these machines and the building. Also, operators need to start taking proper care such as preventative maintenance such as making sure the machine is properly lubricated.
