I was scared to accept this position because you’re fully responsible for your own lead generation. But I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision. Management is highly involved, and always available to answer questions or point you in the right direction. The company clearly cares about what they are doing, the environment, and the customers. They’re dedicated to our success as sales reps and it shows.
Cons
Generating your own leads can be tough, anyone in sales knows this. It takes discipline to work remotely. That might not be for everyone. I have no complaints about the company or management, they’re fantastic.
