      Pros

      I was scared to accept this position because you’re fully responsible for your own lead generation. But I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision. Management is highly involved, and always available to answer questions or point you in the right direction. The company clearly cares about what they are doing, the environment, and the customers. They’re dedicated to our success as sales reps and it shows.

      Cons

      Generating your own leads can be tough, anyone in sales knows this. It takes discipline to work remotely. That might not be for everyone. I have no complaints about the company or management, they’re fantastic.

      Pros

      An exciting growing business where I am empowered to try out my ideas. The team is easy to work with but there is also good discussion to make sure that initiatives are well thought out before they are implemented. This company cares about the environment, community, customers, and definitely its employees!

      Cons

      We are a small company so we meet some growing pains but the management team listens to our suggestions to improve.
