Pros
Astra Tech is a large company so has all of the supporting infrastructure you could hope for. Also, my superiors were always open to new ideas and suggestions from every level of the hierarchy. I was able to get an internal improvement project started simply by pointing it out an issue in our workflow and giving potential solutions. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Cons
Astra Tech has a very "big company" feel. You definitely work only within your job title and interact 95% of the time within your department. Also, if you are a creative person working for open ended development projects, this is likely not for you.
