Unlike big companies where you only work on a small part of the design, here you get to own the entire hardware development—from schematics to PCB design, testing, and integration. Seeing your PCB go from design to a real working system is really satisfying. Sometimes we even take part in live field trials, which is rare for hardware engineers.
Cons
The work can be demanding, but you’ll never feel stuck doing the same thing every day.
