Undoubtedly one of the most dysfunctional organizations I’ve ever experienced. Impossible to get anything done, including the most straightforward process improvements that everyone agrees on. Dearth of talent. Extreme grind culture when clients make unreasonable demands; between projects, nothing productive gets done.
