Pros

They lack culture competence. They lie . They give away your opportunity. They ignore you for weeks they keep a log of when and how much you call so they can screen calls they are lacking major integrity. All because I was unable to carry out my assignment. I asked if they would work with me due to that and the y said yeah . Honestly they spinned me in circles for over a month to tell me they don’t have anything and I’m looking at well over 5 positions I qualify for !

Cons

I ask to speak to the manager they give me back to the job finder that is literally treating me with bias! I can’t find emails to leaders to bring awareness to the issue . My thing is things happened and don’t go as planned all the time . But that doesn’t give you the right to take matters into your own hands and play god ! Karma is real! You got ppl livelihoods in your hands and you don’t understand the significance of a person of integrity to Carry out roles such as this . It seems like a small problem in your big world but to some of us it’s a big problem in our small world!
