Their is money to be made.

Cons

Presenteeism culture. Employee turnover is exceptionally high. Poor management, v.aggressive. Unwilling to engage with staff. One way of working. Adopt that, or get out. Recent merger has caused a once succesful company to lose what made it so great.

The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
