Small company where everyone knows each other. You work for a good cause.
Cons
Micromanagement and clear favorites. Repetitive work. There is absolutely no further skill development, as soon as you have learned the procedures. The manager is the only one who is allowed to attend courses and workshops. Large turnover of employees in some departments. Low salary.
