Pros
Other than some brilliant colleagues, I can't think of much that they have to offer.
Cons
Personally, they treat you as a number and are not interested in your well-being.

We are sorry to hear that a former employee believed were treated as a number at Astley. We hope that our many ongoing initiatives to support our employees, through well-being surveys and structured reviews for example, allow us to learn and develop how best to nurture our staff. It’s so important to us that our teams are happy and we will always endeavour to encourage a positive and productive workplace for our staff.
From my experience Astley look like they are continually investing in improving their internal processes and looking after staff. I really like the fact they are joined to schemes like Mates in Mind for example. They are a big company and it's hard to get the balance right but I am pleased to feel like I am listened to and have a forum to feedback. The people are all really friendly and although busy, always have the time to offer support.
Cons
It's a large company, a busy company and it's sometimes hard to get to know people from other departments which is a shame.

Thanks for the suggestion and its great to get ideas from staff, we will certainly look at how we can improve opportunities to get to know our colleagues better!
