Pros
I don’t usually write reviews, but after seeing so many people complain, I felt like I should share my side too. Because honestly, if you just do your job properly, respect others, and show some willingness to grow — this place is actually solid. I work in sales here, and it’s definitely not your typical sales company. What stood out to me the most is the people — especially my manager Shekhar and TL Francis. During my probation, I had a tough phase — not because of pressure, but because I wasn’t confident in myself. I actually thought of quitting. But Shekhar didn’t let that happen. He literally followed up with me on Slack almost every day, just checking in and making sure I am confident enough. That kind of support is rare. Thanks to that, I cleared probation and stayed. And Francis — he’s just one of the most genuine and chill people I’ve worked with. Super supportive, never makes you feel like you're just another person in the team. He makes the whole team vibe better. Cannot forget about Pat not a typical CEO tries his best to motivate us.
Cons
Yes, there are challenges it’s a night shift, and not everyone can handle that. It messes with your body if you're not careful. You’ll need to take care of your health more than someone in a day job — that’s just the reality.
