      Very political on the floor The union is corrupt and the company utilizes that aspect. Many people have left since 2020 for a reason... HR has been weaponized

      decent benefits, decent starting wages, new HR trying very hard to change the environment

      operators who have been there 15+ years should be making more than new hires - not. the 'rules' should apply equally to everyone - not!
