Pros
You won't hear from them unless there's a problem or it's otherwise strictly necessary for them to contact you. Birds chirping, wind blowing, leaves rustling sound. All very quiet and peaceful.
Cons
There is no plan for a career with them and they even tell you upfront that the idea is for you to join Amadeus -their client- within a few years (not as easy as they make it out to be, anyway). Salary progression is non-existent: if you don't take action and go and harass them forget anything will ever happen on that front. They don't even pretend that they are somewhat interested in you: over the course of 2 years I have never been asked to come in for a performance review meeting or anything like that. I'm guessing all they care about is that Amadeus keeps paying for my fees. Whether I'm doing well or just the absolute minimum required doesn't seem to be of their concern.
