      Great coworkers that are willing to help each other Start-up culture allows for cross-departmental projects and exposure

      Cons

      Leadership Team undervalues engineering team (headcount low, travel high) to the point of high turnover. Travel region is entire US, very difficult Due to high reliance on travel engineers, leadership will not allow transfer to new job - poor mobility within the company.

      Great company culture that genuinely cares about their clients. Flexible PTO, career and personal development tools, and a close-knit team.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but it's a smaller laser company that's in its growing stages.

      Lots of traveling, rewards points go directly to you, company card, per diem food allowance, off weekends, book your own travel.

      Cons

      Usually only home ~3 days out of the week, pay could be better, training could be better, small company, work/life balance could be better
