There is a major culture issue here. It's not a MNC for sure... Employees are not respected nor treated well. Very high attrition rate. Fixed 9 hour timings

Management issues. Not a Global MNC specially from culture point of view. Very high attrition rate. I had seen all most 90% employees resigning or made to resign in last 12months... No promotions. No growth. Think before you join.
