If you don't have experience, professional qualifications or the means to get it yourself, the business will not support you long-term (despite their promises to do so). Their primary interest in you is selling you to the client and it overrides their care far more flagrantly than you'd expect. Graduates beware, the business doesn't want to nurture your long-term career unless you're liked by the Business Managers, or you already can be sold to the client.
