Recently got bought out by a california company but the leadership handled it better then expected unfortunately the commission changed slightly hurting us in taxes.

Good base pay and commission for a 3 month contract

Promised lots of OT but we ended everyday hours early. Most calls were non-qualifying for the plans especially from 3rd party transfers. Barely any training on how to use the systems especially when it came to updating prior customers info for new year. No transparency from leadership. Took forever for them to get state licensing approved. Most areas you couldn't even sell any plans because they couldn't get the licensing approved in that state or for the insurance companies so even though your producer license has you approved for that state you still couldn't sell anything.
