Shame it's going down the pan - Anonymous employee Assured Fire and Security Employee Review

I’ve just started at Assured and couldn’t ask for a better start to a career than at Assured. Interview process was brilliant. Settling in days were comfortable and relaxed made to feel welcome. Fellow colleagues are more than happy to help, I have confidence that if I have a problem out on site someone will only be a phone call away to help. They have given me confidence to do my job correctly and feel like I’ll be working forever the career progress is brilliant, correct tools and equipment for the job, and a fun, friendly and enjoyable place to work,

None to speak of. We’re a big happy family with plenty of team bonding nights out.

If you have any sense don't work here. Obviously the below reviews have been completely made up but higher staff because this isn't the representation that Assured is. They aren't friendly they aren't a big family at all. They don't know friendly even if it hit them in the face.

Everything. Ive never felt so low and had my confidence swiped from me like this place did. I felt useless and completely foolish. And that's only thanks to them.
