Good tech stack but concerning management style impacts culture - Quality Engineer AssureCare Employee Review

I would like to raise concerns regarding the management style of Punyavathi Bhimera. In my experience, employees were often expected to follow instructions without having the opportunity to openly share their opinions or concerns. This created an environment where many team members felt uncomfortable speaking up. I believe this management approach negatively affected the team's work culture and work-life balance. During my time with the company, I observed several employees leave, and I believe workplace culture was a contributing factor. I am sharing this feedback so that the organization can review these concerns and consider improvements. Addressing such issues could help create a healthier work environment and improve employee retention.
