Pros

Good pay and great people to work with

Cons

I am no longer there but I get updates daily. I think all employees should be treated fairly, but some people think they are better than others. This person is in billing from what I was told she thinks she is the boss, nobody’s knows more than her . Talking behind people back. This is such a great company she thinks because she has a degree it makes her better than anyone in billing. I say this to management stop showing favoritism. I think everyone is great in billing I saw this when I was there you need to fix it.

Pros

Assure just received a very negative review that I, as an owner, feel a need to write a response. The owners of Assure have not taken a salary since June of this year so that we could ensure that our frontline workers received their pay. We've put in countless hours to find a buyer for the company (successfully) and we transitioned as many of our employees as possible, with us still not getting paid. Yes, things have been stressful and frustrating and things have not gone perfectly. However, try as we might to be good to our employees this review was hurtful, disappointing and could very well point to why many business owners give up trying to treat employees well. This business owner will never stop, regardless of the fact that some of them simply do not care. We love every employee here and that will not change!

Cons

Yes, things are hard, frustrating and occasionally gut wrenching decisions have to be made. For that, I apologize sincerely.
