● Management is never available ● Het verbally assaulted by callers everyday ● Get reprimanded if you over talk a caller or even talk back to a caller if they are arguing at you ● A lot of mistakes made by other depts that you have to take responsibility for, if not the other debts will write you ● Horrible work hours. There are only 10 hours allowed per day and if someone takes them before you do, you can't be off ● Change your position to something you dont want at the drop of a dime and you can't say anything about it.
