Pay was awful and raises were so minimal. Cross trained and overworked constantly. Severe Micro Management which made the department very difficult to work with.

Cons
There is almost no opportunity for growth.
The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
