      Opportunities abound, 401K match x2, earned vacation benefits, fair salary, cutting edge (work from home, casual business attire, flex schedule) benefits. Company events.

      Cons

      Affordable Care Act has greatly impacted the way we do business. This caused lots of down-sizing and most recently a closing/sale of our business. Pay for downtown parking ($50 @month).

      Pros

      Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

      Cons

      There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
