Pros
Good company to work for with great insurance benefits, 401k matching, pension plan, generous PTO, wellness programs, etc. I've been a happy employee for over 20 years and am very sad to see it come to an end. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had hoped to retire from the company.
Cons
The company has overcome other obstacles in the past and remained in business for over 120 years through the dedication and hard work of all of its employees. Unfortunately the ever changing medical insurance industry was one obstacle it could not find its way through.
