Decent work-life balance up to manager level; some room for growth; opportunities sometimes pop up in the Atlanta office or at the parent company in NY; nice campus - gym, cafeteria, school on site;
Cons
not many insurance competitors nearby so, unless you plan to move out of the area, you could end up stuck at one of the few insurance employers in town
