New IT positions are created for chosen people, that are never posted on the internal job opportunities site. Job openings that *are* posted on the site are "no longer available" the same day they are posted! Meanwhile, a phantom position is created that is never filled. Benefits used to be better, but they whittle away at them one at a time. Lost the 50% gym membership subsidy a couple years ago, and there are no onsite exercise facilities at my location.
