Pros
Some great people in terms of employees. Most supervisors and managers understanding with time off requests and flexible in allowing time off.
Cons
Management team doesn't fire anyone unless they are putting us at serious risk of losing a client, or they're committing a felony. Incompetence is tolerated, and sometimes even rewarded. If you like not really trying to hard, good place to work because you can remain invisible forever and not be fired. If you want to shine and make a difference - not such a great place because you remain invisible forever.
