Pros
Great benefits to include very generous time off, health, vision and dental on day one. The client is awesome to work with. When you hit bonus, it is a good one.
Cons
No work/life time balance. Family does not come first. Change continues to happen with leadership, makes a person wonder what is going on. In five years I had five different leaders. You do not have any direct control over your numbers since you are third party.
