Pros
Pays well. Great and genuine people and all people seem to care for the customers.
Cons
It has been a struggle for the company to find its feet. Bright side looking up the company seems to be pursuing to find the right direction. It is a hard job on the floor but it's for the benefit of the people that are in need.
