The staff/team are great The vision for transforming care delivery is great The delivery of patient care is excellent and attention to quality services without compromise Very thourough process for monitoring the implementation/mobilisation of new services

No contingency plans for not making profit in new service set up from outset A tendency to use a sledgehammer approach from regional/national managment with local relationships at risk of being damaged that take time to build up Not enough expertise from national support teams in some areas when needed for new service setup Need to use/share learning across the company from other areas
