Not always fast to invest in system improvements, would rather follow the crowd than lead in that regard.

Very accommodating employer for personal life balance (sick days, parental days, floating days). The people who work here are amazing, you really feel like a family.

Not very organized with employee workloads or training. Employees quit and are not replaced at all or it takes a very long time to hire new staff. All the extra work is constantly being dumped on already very hard working, overwhelmed employees. Benefits (health and dental) are very expensive for being an insurance company you’d imagine their own employees would get better pricing.
