      Pros

      Interesting job. You can learn many things on electrical/electronic and automation sector. There are some people to explain all the new stuff.

      Cons

      Too many extra hours. From 1 - 3 everyday plus some weekends. (but there are paid) 3-6 months offshore trips (it may be a pro as it paid as an extra) No training. You have to learn the hard way.

      Pros

      Involved with new technology on a daily basis. Market is developing thus there are a lot of opportunities. Doing extremely while located in a country which is on crisis.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Firm work activities have expanded but departmental growth cannot coop with the job requirements.

      Opportunities, gain experience and know-how, upgrade your skill set.

      Cons

      Arrogant management onboard and recently ashore, nepotism, shortcuts, safety needs improvement. Offshore contracts not present.
