Pros
Environment, benefits, flexibility are all pros at working here. Supervisor is getting better since they got rid the front desk manager, favouritism was the name of the game with him. It is mostly a positive place to work. Continue with communicating to everyone. Everyone wants to be included.
Cons
A few bad attitudes. It's hard coming to work and working with someone who you never know what kind of mood they are in.
