On the job training for the Erectors can be improved upon

Unlike most companies Associated Scaffolding takes more time to take care of their employees. I've been treated to more lunch's and have had more bonus's than any other workplace I've been at in the past. The overall pay for this job is great after adding in all the possible overtime. This is also a great job to use as a stepping stone to get into the construction industry. Unlike other trades we have to work with everyone like HVAC, Electricians, plumbers, and more. This gives you a great amount of knowledge about the entire Construction industry.

One of the hardest fields of work in the construction industry. You have to be out of your comfort zone almost everyday, which is good and bad.
