Pros
I had an amazing maintenance staff and worked with wonderful people. I was able to grow with the company. They had one AMAZING corporate assistant to the VP that was wonderful to work with when solving problems
Cons
Senior Management Changed and would communicate 1 set of goals and then turn around and change their mind and not communicate changes. Expectations of maintenance staff was unreasonable and did not provide the tools, resources or money to do proper repairs. Support for site level was missing.
