Pros
Some of the people are very great and kind (which makes the days better), always a lot of work to do, occasional travel, weekly staff meetings, consistent work hours
Cons
Need to be passionate about industry to be motivated & successful, poor pay & raise potential, management doesn't lead by example but rather try to motivate with fear, always feel like you're behind because there is always something new that comes up, very very little way to develop into a career where you can advance/grow, departments don't collaborate much as a team
