Cons
-The schedule is very inconsistent. -The can change your pay at the drop of a dime decreasing by more than $3. -Its a call center...but YOU have to pay for your own equipment at the start of employment which is $180 because you need three pair! -Bonus structure changes constantly for the benefit of the company not the employee. -Employee Incentives are not incentives. Example: "If you keep your break time percentage low you will receive a $50 bonus. *Receive paycheck and notice $50 "bonus" deducted from your check therefore it isn't a bonus is a pay check advance. -Mandatory Saturdays -Company owes employees money, wouldnt receive paychecks on time SEVERAL times during 5 year span.
