Pros
Some of the benefits including checking accounts, 401k matching, mortgages rates for colleagues, the training you receive is decent.
Cons
The training could have been more specific on accounts, the work life balance wasn't that great, your sales depends on the amount of employees you have, so if your in a slower market you will be working a lot.
