Pros

-Workplace culture is phenomenal! Some people stink, but overall the people here are great -Benefits are nice, flexible with WFH/Hybrid for finance jobs, you get pension -The company avoids political donations and generally avoids politics as much as possible -The firm encourages Colleague resource groups -Management takes employee feedback very seriously

Cons

-Base pay is below market average and they just cut bonuses across the board for all hourly employees -While upper managers are mostly great people, there sometimes seems to be a lack of accountability for mistakes. -The firm sometimes has issues managing hundreds of types of softwares used, and software issues impact work from time to time

Pros

I worked in the IT department and felt that everyone was quite willing to help me out whenever necessary. I think they generally do a good job with culture, respecting PTO, and being flexible with appointments.

Cons

Making any changes can be a pain, there are many steps and approvals to get through before you can do anything substantial, this is a bank so security is prioritized heavily, so it makes sense but it is still cumbersome to work through
