I've had the opportunity to interact with colleagues from all over the bank and I've learned so much as a young professional. Learning from colleagues from various backgrounds and experiences has been extremely beneficial for professional and personal growth. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work for a company that cares not only about their colleagues and customers but also the communities in which we live and serve. The culture at Associated Bank is supportive and engaging. The CEO is a fantastic leader and very engaging to listen to. Overall, I highly recommend.
