Pros

For customer service the pay was decent. I would rather be broke then deal with all the horrible customers and their first world problems.

Cons

Plays favorites and tests your mental stability everyday. Working weekends there are the worst. They don't schedule things right and Customer service for associated bank is the worst job I have ever had and I have been in the customer service game for 10+ years. They need to get there stuff together. On a whim Asso bank will send out 90k letters and say oh btw we sent these out...and then scheduled everyone to have off. You literally go in and sit for 8-9 hours and take calls. I sit next to someone I have never even had a conversation with. The moral is very low and over all the work environment is very very unhealthy mentally and physically.

Colleagues don't qualify for lending despite current employment - if credit score and income are not there.
