      Great location. Company has done well with cleaning up the troubled assets from the past 3-5 years.

      Cons

      Pay is not commensurate with experience nor is it rewarding for the sweat equity you put in. All write ups are overkill and the bank is not very competitive player in the highly competitive banking world in Chicago.
