Flexible work hours and some positions can be worked, occasionally, from a remote location (i.e. home)
Cons
Colleagues are not held accountable for the quality of their work (or lack thereof). Those without integrity are often rewarded, and there is little management support to change this situation. HR labels those who try to work with them to improve the situation as "problem" employees.
