Great coworkers, but low pay for high earners - Recruiter Associate Staffing Employee Review

It’s rare to find an agency recruiting company that actually cares about its people. The leadership here is the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They understand that it’s the people that make up the organization and that either make or break how successful the organization is. That kind of leadership is rare these days.
