Pros
Assisted are a company always looking to progress. Having been with the business a year now, the company prides itself on trying to offer both staff and customers a positive, friendly and forward thinking experience.
The business as a whole offers a flexible, busy, agency environment. This won't be for some people, of course, especially if your experience of work has been outside the agency scene.
If you're a driven individual looking to learn, and want to be given opportunity, then it's absolutely a fantastic place to work.
For an agency to function well, the company asked employees to return to the office 2 out of 5 days per week, with full flexibility on which two days you choose. For an agency to function effectively, and for teams to gel, I personally believe this has been great for the company and has allowed for staff to make friends and means that (if you choose) internal meetings can be completed on these days in an efficient manner.
The business hasn't been around a long time, meaning there are of course things to iron out. The business managers are consistently looking for advice from the team on the ways to help move forward and improve - with new company policies and ways of working being consistently introduced.
Overall, Assisted is a great place to work. I personally, finally, found a place that I can see myself staying for solid amount of time to help the business and it's staff improve and grow - I can't ask for much more.
Cons
The office is possibly a little out of the way. With that said, I can't imagine anyone starting a role at a company that doesn't know where it is, so I guess this wouldn't come as a shock!
