Pros
Assisted might be a good place to start your digital career if owner and head of operation like you. However, if for any reason they believe you haven’t been working hard enough or you are simply not their favourite - you are set for rocky start. I’ve had a good time being one of the team members at Assisted. because of the amazing staff. The team used to be one of the biggest advantages of this place.
Cons
Business owner and management team aren’t very helpful or supportive. If something goes wrong, vast majority of Assisted management team will throw it’s own employees (or each other) under the bus to keep their hands clean. There is clear division between management which continues to live in their fairy tale of being amazing and the staff who works hard for the business and its owner. There is a clear favouritism towards a few team managers who can behave as unacceptable as they want. Staff is usually overworked and not appreciated by the owner or management team. General note - Appreciation is something more than the same thank you message repeated on weekly team meeting and giftcards. other cons: - Office is in the middle of nowhere, far away from shops or places to eat. You can always have a chat with sheep outside though. - Office is not suitable for members with disabilities.
