The whole (100%) engineering and product teams left this company -- twice -- because of conflict over mismanagement from the CEOs and up. The company has had 4 or 5 CEOs; and 3 unique engineering teams, with no real overlap. The shareholders make decisions about design and operations -- having zero experience in the field. The product -- promised in 2019 -- is still at prototype testing phase in 2023; each CEOs lasted 1 or 2 years and demanded to redefine the entire product + operation every 6-12 months, which caused the previous two engineering and product teams to resign.
