1. Corporate Feel, that's it nothing is good other than that.
Cons
1. No mobile phones. 2. People are working there for more than 2-3 years having salary of 8000/-. 3. Too much unnecessary rules and regulations. 4. You can't talk to colleagues. 5. Pressure of stretching working hours. 6. Work can be done by converting it to 100% remote, like SRcom (Paytm) did but still they want you to be in office. 7. You can't talk to other company guys even outside office. 8. Politics more than BJP. 9. Earning a lot in dollars, and paying penny. 10. Top management is not taking care of privacy and always keep an eye on employees even outside office. 12. This company's experience will never ever be considered PAN India, the work which they are doing is kind of Illegal, they are having access to SSN and other confidential documents of US Citizens. 13. Working there is total time waste.
