      Pros

      The management maintains an entrepreneurial and hardworking culture where your word matters and the opportunities to grow are huge. It’s a simple formula here - deliver results and get rewarded. The senior management really cares for their people and the company has seen a lot of positive change over the last year.

      Cons

      Long hours happen here and there. You might have to walk an extra mile at times to keep up with the workload but the latest focus on team expansions has been effective and promising

      Management changes now truly focused on employees and core business. Every employee truly empowered and making a difference. Very positive place to work.

      Employees need to be adaptable to change and be able to take on additional responsibilities outside their core role.

      The team is excellent, the technology is amazing, and the opportunity is good.

      Cons

      The turnaround is fast; if you do not bring in the business as quickly as possible, you are out. The sales cycle is 9-12 months.
